How many sessions are suggested?
- At least a 5-week session. Coaching is like working out, you do not see results after an hour of a workout but over time, the muscles become more pronounced, you become leaner, stronger, healthier. You need to grow your mental muscles, take consistent action, build new habits to create lasting results and become who you were born to be!
How long is a session?
- Each coaching session is a duration of 1 hour.
Am I required to do extra work outside the session?
- Each coaching session is bespoke to each client. We use certain tools and techniques during the session but most of the growth and results are felt after the session. We will assess what you have available and what resources you need to outsource in order to reach your goals.
